Resurrection Day 350: Return of Godliness

One nation under God.
We are and always have been.
Many say that America turned away from God, but I don’t believe that to be true. I believe America has been invaded by many from other countries and they have tried to turn our land away from God. They’ve tried to transform what can never be transformed.
God is in our DNA. He founded this country. Miracle after miracle occurred in its establishment. People can argue against it, but it’s true.
Year after year, people have been slipping into our country and becoming incorporated with us…but their loyalty isn’t to God and His precepts, they worship foreign gods.
Now is the return of the boldly proclaimed gospel. The Truth.
Let’s not be shy as we lead the way toward restoring honor, conscience, neighborly love, faithfulness, and the like. Let’s lead the way toward Christ. America shall be saved.
Today I encourage you to embrace godliness. Embrace sharing the gospel. Become living examples of God’s people. Be faithful. Do business fairly. Love like Christ. Give generously.
The God Who established this country is also the God Who died for your sins and made a way for us to join Him in heaven. Why would we be ashamed of that?
Those who trust in the Lord are as secure as Mount Zion; they will not be defeated but will endure forever. Just as the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds His people, both now and forevermore. The wicked will not rule the land of the godly, for then the godly might be tempted to do wrong. O Lord, do good to those who are good, whose hearts are in tune with You. But banish those who turn to crooked ways, O Lord. Take them away with those who do evil. May Israel have peace! Psalm 125:1-5
May God bless the godly. May He lead us in all righteousness and truth, through His Holy Spirit. May we see His glory. May the righteous rule the land and drive out the darkness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
