For the last few days, I have continually heard these words in my head, “Having a form of godliness”. I knew it was in scripture, but I couldn’t remember where. This morning as I prepared to write, those words came to me yet again, and I found their origin…

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God- having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them. 2 Timothy 3:1-5

Such powerful words. I encourage you to read those verses more than once. Let it soak into your heart. Is this not what we are now seeing?

No, I’m not one of those end times doomsday people, but I do recognize that this list is very real for today. And our instruction on how to deal with those people is very clear, have nothing to do with them. This isn’t a very popular thought nowadays, is it? Our all-inclusive, I’m ok and you’re ok culture would lead many to not see the need to separate from those with a form of godliness. I have to be honest, there have been multiple times when God has instructed me to have nothing to do with certain people. It’s not a common thing with Him, but when He tells me that, I listen. In the past I didn’t always listen to Him and when I didn’t, every single time I would end up dealing with a lot of unnecessary trouble and heart ache. When I reflect on the past, the people who created the greatest sources of pain in my life were those that God had told me to avoid, but I didn’t because I felt guilty. 

As the saying goes, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.” And so it goes, I felt bad cutting people out of my life and my “good intentions” ended up causing me hell on earth.

Life is so much simpler and far less painful when we simply listen to and obey Holy Spirit. Don’t get me wrong, we’ll never be completely without any trouble or pain on this side of heaven, but we can at least avoid a measure of excess trouble when we obey Him.

When choosing to walk this way, it’s also important to learn to discern my own opinions from God’s direction. I’ll be honest, sometimes certain people just get on my nerves, but that’s not always an indicator that I don’t need them in my life. On the contrary, some of the most grating people are the ones that He has chosen to use in my life. To help me get rid of some pride, or to discover that they act how they do because they are hurting, and He wants me to help walk them toward healing. Sometimes challenging people are placed in our lives to cause us to grow. We shouldn’t avoid them.

But there’s a very deep and different feeling inside my heart when God is warning me about a person, and I refuse to ignore that.

Look at the verses that follow the ones above…

They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to acknowledge truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth-men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone. 2 Timothy 3:6-9

The part that strikes me most is… always learning but never able to acknowledge truth…wow! I see a lot of that too. There is so much information to be found these days, but very little truth/wisdom.

Prayer Moment: God, I pray that you would guard my heart and mind. Let me never have a form of godliness. Let me always walk in the power and authority of the true Lord Jesus. Let me not only gain knowledge, but also wisdom. Help me to know the truth. Lord, don’t let me be led astray or even influenced by any form of evil. Place a steady guard around me and my family. Let us always walk in truth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Since moving to our home in OK, we have been unable to have internet service. We live a bit outside of town and they have yet to make it truly accessible for us. So, we have to use our cell phones as hot spots when we need home internet service.

Yesterday as I was walking, God spoke the words, “Hot spot” over me. In an instance, He said, “Lisa, you are a hot spot of My Presence. When you are near others you create a hookup to Me because you carry My Spirit inside.”

I then thought that this is what every believer is supposed to be as we walk through the world. People should feel like they are suddenly alive and alert in a new way whenever they are near us. We should be bringing a connection to the world. A connection to God.

Are you doing this?

We carry the very alive Presence of God within our hearts, so we should always be bursting with life. We should always shine the Light of God into the world.

But if you’ve ever used your cellphone as a hot spot then you realize that it’s a struggle to maintain connection sometimes, right? Often times, I have to return to my phone to re-establish connection.

That’s what we’re like when we fall into grumbling and complaining. It blocks our “signal”. Walking in fear and anxiety can cause us to “lose service”.  But it doesn’t have to be this way.

We are called to guard our hearts, for they are the well-spring of life. We are also called to take every thought captive. We have been given every tool for success. We have been given a guidebook to lead us.

We MUST spend time reading scripture in partnership with Holy Spirit. We MUST spend time in quiet, listening to His voice. We MUST spend time on our knees praying and interceding. We MUST spend time encouraging others and being bold in our faith.

We MUST keep our connection strong so the world can catch a glimpse of heaven when we walk into the room. Carriers of light, not fear. Carriers of hope, not discouragement. We must actively walk in the Presence of God.

Prayer Moment: God, please help me to be a hot spot of Your Presence on the earth every day. Bless every step I take. Help my interactions with others, leave them feeling the peace of Your Presence. Forgive me for any time I’ve fallen short of this calling. I am Yours completely. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is the message we have heard from Him and declare to you: God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with Him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin. 1 John 1:5-7

As we wait on the courts to walk out their portion of the prophecies that have been spoken, we must not lose our fighting spirit. Don’t allow red tape to cause you to begin backing down and feeling defeated. That anti-Christ spirit is trying to make us feel like all is lost, when the battle is just getting started!

Stand! Stand longer!! Be uncompromising!! Turn your hearts toward heaven for your daily reports.

The smoke screen we discussed yesterday is attempting to choke out all of our hope and even block our view of all the GOOD things that are happening. Friends, God is raising up the exact people He has handpicked to fight this battle for us. Likewise, He is stirring up the exact intercessors to fight unseen battles. We’ll have those fighting for the world to see and those fighting without any recognition at all. But rest assured, God is not short on warriors!

Red tape is designed to bring discouragement and delay. But God can cut through ALL the red tape. This should be one of our focused prayers during this time, along with praying and releasing courage and encouragement over Trump/Pence. That they would never concede. That they would know they are fighting for all Americans. The remnant has been stirred! Let us remain stirred as we see miracle after miracle occur. Let us remain useful.

I want to encourage you today to spend some serious time on your knees asking God how to pray. Ask Him to give you a glimpse of what is really occurring. Don’t allow any media to dictate your faith. FB and Instagram and all the others are simply trying to wear us down with psychological warfare. Wake up and see truth.

God, open our eyes and hearts to Your truth. Protect us from the psychological warfare being used. Lead us in Truth.

After you spend time with Him receiving truth, write it down. Then re-read it as often as you need to in order to remain encouraged. This is an easy practice that has an enormous effect. Focus on the promises of God and not the discouragement and deception of the enemy. This is the hour for the church to arise. For us to rise up burning hot, not lukewarm. God, set us on fire with Your truth. Let the light of that fire lead others to where You are. Come Lord. Fall on us even right now. Move in our hearts. Stir our spirits. Bring us into alignment with You.

Prayer Moment: Most of this devo was a prayer, so today let your prayer moment extend to your own home and journal. Pray, listen and write. Then remember. Take some time to remember all the times God has come through already. We will overcome by the blood of the Lamb, and the word of our testimony. Let the word of your testimony stir up your faith today.

Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come. Daniel 10:12-14

As I sat down to write a new devotional, I thought I had another topic. But as soon as I started typing the title, I saw a huge cloud of smoke and I began to literally feel as if I was choking on it. I couldn’t even bring myself to type the other words that had been previously on my mind because all I could see, hear and smell was “smoke screen”. I wanted to try to write about something that had nothing to do with current situations and political climate, but I must obey and write as He leads, so here we go…

Friends, we are being subjected to one of the largest smoke screens in the history of the world. The assault on our senses is vast. The media has become a communistic propaganda machine. The once hidden motives are now glaringly obvious. Politicians are openly calling for an end to the American way of life, even though the majority of Americans still desire and maintain this way of life. Even though people from other countries desire to live here because of it. Even though our way of life is what allows those complainers to even have their say. Even though our way of life creates a stabilizing factor to the entire world. So, what is the motive?

Let’s be clear, it’s time to stop pretending that there isn’t a real motive here. They seek to destroy and overtake us to bring forward a one world government, where those in power remain and make all of our decisions for us. This is what was foretold in Revelation.

So, why do we fight against it when we know it will happen eventually? The question really is, “Is this the time?”. God tells us in scripture that nobody knows the hour of His return except the Father. So, until I see Jesus coming to earth on a white horse, I will fight for freedom and the Christian way of life.

How could the “church” get it so wrong all the time?!

We were never called to lay waiting for the day of Jesus’ return. We were called to go and make disciples of every nation. That’s much harder to do when we are sitting at home, stocking up and just waiting for the bad things to happen. It’s not even in my nature to back down and just allow things to happen. God never said, “Just roll over and allow these end times atrocities to occur”. We would be insane to not stand up at every juncture and say, “No!”

God, stir up the fight in the hearts of Your people!

Don’t you think years ago when Nazi’s were trying to take over the world, that some in the church simply thought, “Oh, this is the end time. Here it comes.”? People have thought it was the end since Bible times. Yes, we have evidence that the day is nearer, but NOBODY knows exactly when it will occur, so why would we just lay down and allow bad things to happen? Shouldn’t we fight until the end? I plan to.

While fighting the spiritual battle over our government, I told someone, “I stand firmly on the prophecies that Trump will have a second term. This is a hill I am willing to die on.” And I mean that. I’ve been criticized and provoked, even by some extended family members, but I don’t care at all. I will stand, and after having done all I can, I will stand. Just like God told us to do.

The smoke screen is real. The only way through is to stop and drop. We must be on our knees seeking God’s face and listening ONLY to Him. He alone knows the way through this firestorm.

Prayer Moment: God, give me clarity. Breathe into me so I can withstand this smoke screen. Help me to be diligent to only listen to and watch what You would have me hear and see. I will follow You forever. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Embers: A glowing fragment from a fire. The smoldering remains of a fire. Slowly dying or fading emotions, memories, ideas, or responses still capable of being revived.

Last night as I stood in the midst of hundreds of worshipers, I closed my eyes and immediately I saw burning embers falling all over me, or maybe they were coming off of me. The bottom line is the embers were stirred regardless of their origin. I felt the flames of my worshiping heart fanned as they had not been in quite some time. So often, I am the burning one, leading others to a deeper place. Standing before God’s throne and gesturing to others, “Follow me, this is the way to the Father!”.

So, when I have moments to just worship in a crowd without any responsibility or eyes on me, I ABSOLUTELY take advantage and immerse myself into the depths of the fire of God. Surrounded by hundreds and only aware of One. I live for these moments. Yes, I have powerful encounters in my home, alone worshiping at the piano. Yes, I have powerful moments leading and participating in worship at church. But nothing. Absolutely nothing, is like being surrounded by a multitude of hearts that are equally passionate and unapologetic in laying down every ounce of pride to worship the Only One worthy. The spiritual agreement within these settings is beyond measure and opens gates that we’ve only heard of before.

Last night as I worshiped, I saw the embers, I saw into God’s eyes, I had a personal encounter with Him where He simultaneously placed a queen’s crown on my head and pulled a thorn from my side…at this thorn being pulled out, I literally felt a deep breath come through me. As if, my breathing had been restricted without me realizing it and suddenly I was discovering what a deep breath felt like. And the “piece de resistance” was witnessing my own daughter worship God wildly. She had never worshiped with such abandon before. It was literally one of the most amazing legacy moments of my life. In that moment I thought, “This! This is what I want to pass on to her!!” It felt like a right of passage moment, where I finally invited her into my secret place and allowed her to witness the wonder that is found in these most holy moments.

The moment of a lifetime.

During this time, I noticed that ALL seemed to be so desperate for this moment. After months of lockdowns and government overreach, fear and manipulation, lies and unrest…we needed a selah. The selah that fans the flames of worship and passion within our hearts. It’s not lost on me that I took my Naomi Selah with me to experience this. How beautiful is our God?!

My hope for you today is this, that you will find whatever it is that stirs your spirit and causes your selah, and intentionally pursue it. Find it. Experience it!! Meet with God!! Find the open place where you know you will see heaven kiss earth, and your vision and purpose is restored within your heart, and just be there. We need it now, more than ever.

Prayer Moment: Oh God, fan the flames of my heart. Lord, never let the passion inside of me die. Thank You for meeting me last night. Thank You for giving us a selah. God, You are worth pursuing. I will always seek You out, as I know You are always seeking me too. You are my greatest joy and treasure. My life belongs to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies, but test everything; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil. Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful; He will surely do it. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-24

Have you ever watched people during a scuffle? When two or more people are fighting, and someone comes in and tries to grab onto a friend to rescue them. They might grab them from behind in a bear hug and pull them back. But what does the one being rescued do? First, they fight the one helping them…until they realize who it is and what they are doing. Unfortunately, in some cases the person being rescued will be so angry and full of adrenaline that they fight even the one they love, out of blind rage. Rage can cause someone to temporarily lose true sight. They can see a friend and think they’re an enemy. They can hurt someone they would never normally want to hurt, even a child or loved one. Rage is the enemy of relationship. Rage is the enemy of love.

This is the thought God brought to mind when I was considering people in this particular day and age.

There are whole groups of people who have grown so accustomed to fighting for rights, etc. that they know no other way now. They are unable to be pleased, no matter what, because their original fight has been won, but now they feel it’s their identity, so they blindly fight simply for the purpose of fighting. The spirit of offense is so deeply engrained in their hearts that they can’t seem to find their way out of that blind rage. Then you have another group who is taking advantage of and manipulating the fighters for their own financial and power benefit. So, the fighters have fallen prey to the ones provoking them while pretending they are for them. They are being provoked by their own enemy to fight those who are not their enemies. This dynamic can feel overwhelming.

My question today is this, “What are you fighting for?” If you are standing for something, make sure you are still clear about what, for whom and why you are fighting. Don’t allow a perversion of righteousness push you to fight unnecessary fights. Resist the urge to make enemies of those who should be friends. Have you won your fight? Don’t fight against yourself by continuing to scuffle when you’ve already won.

Seek wisdom. Embrace peace. Live love. Stand firm. We must always know our season.

Prayer Moment: God, I thank You for Your wisdom. I love Your strategies. It’s so fun to partner with You in all things. Continue to teach me how, when and for what to fight. I realize that I am currently in a season of warfare. Help me to fight for You and not against You. Lead me in the path of righteousness for Your namesake. I am Your warrior. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a times to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace. What does the worker gain from his toil? I have seen the burden God has laid on men. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end. I know that there is nothing better for men than to be happy and do good while they live. That everyone may eat and drink and find satisfaction in all his toil- this is the gift of God. I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that men will revere Him. Ecclesiastes 3:1-14

When God spoke this word to me, it caused me to wonder. There is so much happening in America right now that could find relevance with this word, portal.

We seem to be facing a portal. The door to maintaining our freedom is heavily guarded by the spirits of darkness. The gnashing of teeth among the demonic is fierce right now, and unfortunately, I’ve witnessed a shocking number of believers fall prey to it. I am constantly asking God, “Why are they so blind to what’s happening in the supernatural right now?” Then He reminds me that we’ve read about these times.

It’s funny how you spend most of your life reading the Bible and knowing certain things will happen, but when you actually begin to watch it unfold it’s so hard to comprehend. It’s made me realize just how important it is for me to cultivate my walk with God completely independent from others, while still maintaining the fellowship of believers that we are all called to be a part of. I’ve re-evaluated a lot of the Christian “celebrities” that I’ve allowed to have influence in my life, after watching many of them make some very disappointing statements that show they too are clearly caught in the cloud of deception. This is ok though. It’s so healthy to frequently evaluate your own walk with God and to “clean out your friend list”, so to speak. Meaning, to look at who you’ve allowed to have influence in your life and why. Then present it to God and ask, “Is this in my best interest or not?” We are responsible for who we let have influence over us. In fact, God has been showing me that this is how many people have been drawn into the cloud of deception. At some point they gave into the voices of influence that were slightly skewed and then followed them step by step into that spirit of deception without even realizing they were being ensnared. Oh God, please protect me from such deception. In Your mercy, keep me acutely aware of what’s You and what’s not. In Jesus’ name.

It’s also interesting to me that the other part of this definition has to do with computers. So much of the debacle has to do with voting programs that were created to help people cheat. What an egregious betrayal of our republic. Our power is supposed to be in our vote. The enemy has overplayed his hand yet again, though. I have zero doubt that God will have victory and that this exposure will cause a great reset of our voting systems and their integrity. We must pray over this. We must continue to pray for recounts that maintain integrity. We must pray that going forward people must have ID to vote. This is not an out of bounds request. It’s perfectly logical. We must fight mail-in voting except for absentees. The difference is, when you vote as an absentee, you must request that ballot and notarize it before return. For the mail-in scam that was pushed in, they just mailed out ballots in a blanket way. Some people received 4 or 5 ballots at their addresses for people who no longer lived there. It makes no sense to just randomly send out millions of ballots to who knows who and expect a fair and honest vote.

We must wake up! It’s time to close the portal for fraud and open the portal of God’s presence.

Prayer Moment: God bless America. Stand beside her and guide her, through the night with Your light from above. Open our eyes to see what You are doing now. Lead us into partnership with You in all things. Give us courage to stand alone when we must. Lead us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. Psalm 91:4

Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Matthew 18:18

Forerunner: A person or thing that precedes the coming or development of something else. A sign or warning of something to come.

I believe we are in a forerunner season.

God sent out His word through prophetic voices to tell us where we were headed. He knew we’d be right where we are today. He sent those voices for the purpose of strengthening our resolve. Listen, anyone who really pays attention can see that major fraud has attempted to steal our democratic voting process. It’s been in place for years, but this time the abuse was egregious. The enemy has overplayed his hand yet again. But God sent out his prophets to release the cry of victory in advance so when we were faced with this massive move of deception and manipulation, we would stand firm and unwavering.

If God used prophets in the Old Testament and the New, why not now? Has God changed? The answer is obviously, no. He is the same. He has always used prophets and prophetic voices, and He always will.

When all the voices line up the way they have in this particular season, we can find much comfort. There have even been multiple times when I’ve written a string of devotionals only to later hear prophetic words from others that confirm each one. It’s an amazing time to be alive and following Jesus!

What does a forerunner do? They show the way. Just like guide runners in a marathon, they make sure to lead the people in the proper direction so the runners can simply focus on their running. We have been shown the end game, now we simply focus on running this race with excellence and endurance.

NEVER STOP PRAYING! NEVER GIVE IN TO THE LYING VOICE OF THE MEDIA!

We absolutely must guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and that often means turning off the news or putting down our phones. Instead, ask God what He is up to. You don’t need any media source to keep you in the loop when you have partnered with God. He will show you the way and what is happening. We only need to listen to and trust Him.  

Who are you allowing to feed your spirit? The spirit of fear or the Spirit of Peace? The father of lies or the Father of Lights? I choose Peace and Light. Peace has been my long-term guide in life, and Light has been revealing lies to me. Where the Light is lies can’t exist.

We must choose this day Whom we will serve. This is the season. This is the choice.

Prayer Moment: God, call out Your warring ones. Those called to intercede, those called to fight. Lord, stir up Your army and bring them to attention. Remove all clouds of doubt and fear and open our eyes with Your Light. Let us see every lie for exactly what it is. Give us courage to only partner with peace. You have set Your plans into motion. Lead us in the way we should go. I trust You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“Now therefore fear the Lord and serve Him in sincerity and in faithfulness. Put away the gods that your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt and serve the Lord. And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:14-15

As I watched the Million MAGA March today on the internet, I was brought to tears. I felt a surge of pride that so many of my fellow Americans have taken a bold stand in this way. Then I began to listen to the reporter talking about this gathering. His comments were truly sad. I heard the spin already beginning and felt a rise within me and prayed against the lies. Then I heard, “Dead in the water.”

Friends, the media has had its day. It’s had its last stand and it will fall. The lying parts of media will be destroyed. Their words of hate and condescension will become dead in the water. God is filling their once weighty words with air. Nothing will come of their banter. They have lost their power over us. We stand today and say, “Thus far, no further.” to the media.

I am not sure when or how the media began to fancy itself as our dictators, but today we break all agreement with that in Jesus’ name. We have the mind of Christ and are no longer prey to the voice of lies.

I release the helmet of salvation over all believers, even those who have been walking astray. “Come back!” is the beckon call of the Father. “Turn back to Me.” He says. May the veil be completely torn off the mind of the body of Christ in this time and in this very hour, in Jesus’ name.

Every word the enemy is speaking over America and those bent on our destruction is dead on the water, right now. It is dead and covered in the blood of Jesus.

“Come back”, is the cry of His heart. “Turn to Me while I may be found.”

This is the hour. Now, is the time. Lukewarm may have been allowed for a season, but no further. This is the defining season. We’re in or we’re out.

I’m all in. God, I’m all in.

Prayer Moment: God, I declare that every idle word spoken by the media, politicians and Hollywood would be dead in the water. I pray You would resurrect Your body. Release courage to the believers. I pray right now for those who are saved but have somehow become entangled in their minds and hearts. I pray for Your mercy over them. Lord, call them back to Your heart. Redeem them. Restore them. I pray over those who have been standing in the gap and fighting. I release rest over them. I release peace. In Jesus’ name, restore all that has been stolen. I ask You for full recompense, in Jesus’ name. We wait on You, Lord. You are our Hope and Salvation, whom shall we fear? All of this in Jesus’ mighty and powerful name, Amen.

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and He delivers them. Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him. Fear the Lord, you His saints, for those who fear Him lack nothing. The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. Come, my children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the Lord. Whoever of you loves life and desires to see many good days, keep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking lies. Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it. The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and His ears are attentive to their cry; the face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth. Psalm 34:7-16

As I walked our dirt roads the other day, I looked over at this ditch. I walk by it multiple times every single day, but today as I looked at it, I heard God speak, “Sump pump”.

It’s exciting how when you walk in close relationship with God, He can bring life and newness to even the most mundane things.

Sump pump. In an instant I saw God coming in and draining out all the swampy water in our government and culture. Ironically, in government we do call it the swamp. I knew immediately what He was saying. He is, right now, allowing the swamp to be fully exposed and He was showing me the promise. He WILL drain the swamp. A heavenly sump pump is in place to pump out all that has become stagnant and coincidentally corrupt. He is in the process of revealing the issues, in fact, if you’ve been paying attention, He’s been in the process of revealing the pervasive sickness within our government for the last 4 years. What’s happening now is it’s becoming blaringly obvious what people stand for and how absolutely corrupt and perverse they are and the enemy hates the light being shone upon him.

Like demonic shrieking, we hear the outcry of that darkness everyday through mainstream media, Hollywood and politicians.

It’s equally shocking and hilarious to watch them accuse a one term politician of being our countries problem, when many of them are lifetime members of government.

Let’s face it, we needed someone like him to be a wrecking ball. It had to be a person who had never been a politician previously. It needed to be a person who had nothing to gain financially from being in office. It makes total sense that God chose a New Yorker, because they are known for their brazenness and willingness to stand firm. So many things point to the fact that he is a divine choice.

Today I offer you the hope of the promise. The promise that God’s hand is in this and He has placed a heavenly sump pump in the right place to remove what needs to be removed and replace it with what cannot be shaken. We can trust Him. I release that peace and trust over you today, in Jesus’ name.

Prayer Moment: God, I thank You for creating a perfect storm in order that darkness would be exposed. Now God, I ask that You would finish the work You have started and completely drain out what needs to be drained. I stand firm on what is good and holy. I stand against all darkness. I pray You would always give me wisdom to know the difference. Bless this day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear Him, on those whose hope is in His unfailing love, to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.
